Craig Nelson, CEO and Owner-Operator of NTI Security, was the person who trained me when I first entered the security alarm industry. That experience sparked my passion for the business and led me to pursue it as a long-term career. After six months of training and one year of full-time work, I obtained my Alarm Company Operator (ACO) license and Qualified Manager license and started my own company. The business grew quickly, and I needed a reliable lead technician, so I hired Craig. Our strong professional and personal relationship continued for many years. After my retirement, Craig went on to obtain his own ACO and Qualified Manager licenses, launched NTI Security, and has built a very successful company. I am now fully retired, but I continue to maintain a limited number of in-house accounts to supplement my Social Security income. These accounts focus on low-cost monitoring only. Since my licenses expired upon retirement, all alarm installations and service calls will now be handled under NTI Security’s licenses. Craig and his team at NTI Security will be servicing your alarm installations and any service needs. Rest assured, I am still only a phone call away should you need me. NTI Security is a full-service security alarm company and will handle all of your security needs, with the exception of my monitoring-only accounts.
